In old vanilla you should die in wetlands even if you know every mobs -Blizzard tuned down the mobs in the zone for lowlevels a couple of times , I did run to booty bay from menethil harbour , in vanilla with the patches before catacysm -I didnt even die at a lv 16 mage - Thats how blizzard work -nerf nerf nerf

1:52 i have every mount and toys at this point i have one of each class at level 70. I refuse to uograde gear in any of them. Most of them have 2-4 hours of playtime. I abused the make trial account priest and nuke spam everything in the dungeon until i the toon is level 40 (just send everything to the mailbox dont loot the exp tokens from bosses) go into raids (loot the boss exp bonus threads. dont touch the exp tokens from the raid bosses just leave em and theyll be sent to mailbox) so MSV,HOF,TOES all on normal difficulty. And then open up the mail box. Open all. And just skyrocket from 40 to 70 within a minute 2-4 hours of playtime max and you have a 70 for next patch.

Druids not being able to pick their preferred travel form WoW needs a hard reset, I'm all for carrying over achievements, transmogs, and whatever else people have unlocked but the world feels dead outside the capital cities, even in the current expansions. One reason is pacing. I started playing wow cataclysm and it was kinda cool having to walk to my destination, came across some people who were doing the same quest and we quested together in a zone that was higher level. It was fun in a challenging sort of way along with the cheesy rp (rip timbo the dwarf paladin he got jumped by Drakes...we ditched him when we saw the skull symbol) Of course a wow 2.0 wouldn't work if blizzard immediately starts streamlining everything like they have done in retail. Currently wow feels like an outdated them park and not a living world. Going to old zones feels like going back in time. Each expansion adds a new zone or as i like to call them stagnate pools. As soon as the expansion is over than its just frozen in time with the last update. I think it would be cool if they updated the entire world to reflect the current expansion. Imagine if the all the zones had of experience the legions invasion instead of just the broken isles and i know what some people might say "Oh but that'll get rid of old quest and stuff" I don't see how that's really a problem, most players don't play the old content unless they are trying to farm transmog or achievements and even then its a very small crowd that actually does that. New players can't even experience old zones and content so they aren't missing out on much and if it really is a problem I'm sure there can be a work around like time walking. Personally I think it would be cool if in the next expac old zones got updated even if they have no relevance to the expac, it'll show that the world is alive or at least give a better illusion that it is. And no i don't think it will be too much work for blizzard. They got the money, the can hire a team. The ceo and managers just want take home million dollar bonuses for doing jack all.

Great video! 1. Character Creation & Customization: I couldn't agree more with this one. Blizz even has models that just go completely unused for the players, like bulky trolls, skeletal undead and super thin humans (Kul Tirans). 2. So many of the BGs could use some love, but at least a few have gotten some attention. Still, I miss a lot of the ones they've just nixed. 3. I love questing, especially in the old world, but to each their own. I think a good solution for everyone is just to simply let players level up anywhere, however they want, with each zone scaling as you go. Don't force players to do any content they don't want to. It also makes more sense, because for example, why is a boar in the newer content stronger than one in the old content. 6. Multiple action bars... Yes! This is annoying, especially if you have an alt addiction. 8. Time travel in WoD has been the biggest steaming pile of sh*t on WoW's story since it was created. 12. Ease of Leveling: I wish they would update this game's AI so badly. For me, it feels like the most dated aspect of the game. Mobs just pace back'n forth mindlessly, even when in sight of you, and sometimes don't even aggro though you just dusted their best friend. 13. Exiles Reach is terrible. Childish, boring, dumbed down... It doesn't feel relative to any of the things that made me like this game. 14. Quel'Thalas: Hopefully, they'll address this one soon. It's definitely long overdue, along with Stratholm that is still burning, Gnomeregan is still radioactive, and so many others. I'd love to see an Eastern Kingdoms resurgence, with Alterac, Stromgarde, Gilneas, Dalaran (the original location) and other cities becoming revived to some extent (more than some of the aforementioned have thus far). What? The people of these lands have no longing to do so? 17. Actual night/darkness: This would be cool. They did something to this likeness with the underwater quest where we searched for Proudmoore in the depths of the ocean in BfA. It would definitely add to the immersion and make for a more ominous atmosphere. 18. Gilneas: What a missed opportunity by Blizz. This amazing city, just sitting, useless and empty. 20. They've created a bunch of new characters (Yrel, Calia Menethil, Taran Zhu, etc.) and have slowly been getting rid of all the characters we got attached to (Varian Wrynn, Garrosh, Vol'jin, etc.). I think some of these introductions and departures have been poorly executed, and others weren't so bad or still have potential. In large part, I feel like most of the new characters have been pretty shallow and forced on us ("LIKE THIS CHARACTER!" But Why? "JUST LIKE IT, BECAUSE REASONS WE HAVEN'T WRITTEN OR WILL ULTIMATELY ABANDON!").

I'm a month late to this video, but anyways... The reason I stopped paying Blizzard for Classic is because I learned they weren't going to time lock each expansion. I wanted to play through TBC at a leisure pace enjoying it as I go. I wanted to do the same for WOTLK. My life has changed drastically since I played. I only have casual player time to give to any game now. When I learned I couldn't do that and they were just going to keep expanding, I stopped paying them.

For me, shadowlands is the moment I stopped reading or caring about the story of the World of Warcraft. They ruined so many cool characters, they even ruined the very idea of 'death' for the whole story onwards. The only good option for shadowlands right now is for Blizzard to retcon the whole story and pretend it never happened.

I actually liked Shadowlands a lot, probably because it's the only expansion I ever properly got to the real endgame content on. The progression mechanics were super satisfying. I also really like the progression mechanics of e.g., WoD (Garrison is my favorite thing in the game), BfA, etc.

Wow, I mostly play orcs in World of Warcraft. And it missed the mark so badly for me. I'm 6'1" and average body build. Use to be a track star and I am a neat freak. I picked the Orcs because at the time I liked there look over the others in the Horde. Reason I picked Horde was because only the Horde at the time could be Shaman. The server I chose back then also dictated you couldn't be both Alliance and Horde on the same server, so every character I made was another Orc Horde character.

I play Worgen, Draenei, Night Elves and Human currently in Cata Classic. If I bothered to play Horde, I got Blood Elf, Forsaken and Tauren on Retail

I play Draenei because they are a righteous, honorable race. A protector.

(ok, sorry for wall of text ^^) I am a period WOW player so I have been sort of in and out again and missed several expansions because of it. And I am that guy who always wants to do the expansions in order so I try to stay with an expansion's story content until that one is done and I move on to the next one. Right now for instance, I am still slogging through the grind in WoD, so many of the expansions listed here I have never even touched. I started out in TBC, missed WOTLK, but came back in Cata... and Cata sort of represents when I was the most committed to WoW and a period of time when I was caught up to where the general playerbase was, like, for once, I was actually playing the same dailies as every other hardcore grinder was ^^, so I am the most fond of that one and consider it my favorite (so far). I mean, just being dropped in Vashj'ir and experiencing the new underwater zone was hell of a surprise. Or exploring the new areas like Uldum or Deepholm.. I was extremely invested in the story and loved the specific story-bound questlines like helping Thrall during his wedding or doing the blue dragonflight questline for casters. And the fact that I singlehandedly managed to clear all achievments for Cata and earning me the reins of the Volcanic stone drake was a real game changer to me; personally, I had never EVER even thought that I could do that without anyone else's help, so that was a personal achievment which I was damn proud over, earning Cata another warm place in my heart. So, yeah.. I just absolutely loved Cata! However... ...having said that, Pandaria actually surprised me. I remember as MoP came out, EVERYONE was gonna quit WoW, remember that? Everyone everywhere hated it and thought pandas were just a ridiculous idea spawned from a throw-away character in WC3 and people were like "wtf has Metzen been drinking??".... even I was kind of rolling my eyes and complained that I was gonna have to go through Pandaria before moving back to what I considered the "real" story. But as I started playing through Pandaria, I came to enjoy it. The graphics of the environments were breathtaking, and the story wasn't as subpar as I was led to believe. Starting out with no expectations sort of deleoped into me just gleefully exploring and learning stuff about this strange new land. Not to mention, the MoP patch that abolished the raidgroup-rule to enter raids was a godsend gift for a solo player like me! ^^ Cata is my favorite, but I will always be thankful to MoP.

I am not naive. I can see the flaws of shadowlands & it’s not my favorite expansion buuuuuut… I really don’t think it’s that bad. I’ve played through shadowlands twice & I can’t say I had a bad time. I play wow for the stories & atmosphere mostly so not big on raiding or dungeons so can’t comment on that. Honestly, I don’t think I can hate any expansion pack & I’m easily entertained. That being said, I found torghast confusing. & the only thing about Sylvannas is that she’s not stupid enough to trust the jailer but again I don’t really care. I also don’t get her motives. She wants freedom & freedom for everyone but what does that have to do with burning down a tree, committing genocide, sending every soul to the Maw & teaming up with the jailer? How is anything she’s doing helping her achieve whatever she’s trying to achieve? My favorite expansion would have to be BFA but only because I loved Kul Tiras but I understand that that expansion was a big confusing jumbled mess of stories.
